As a Trainer, you will support the delivery of training programs for both Boldr employees and external clients or partners. You will attend Train-the-Trainer sessions for assigned modules and facilitate instructor-led training based on established curricula and modules designed to provide near-hire training for prospective job seekers, trainees that require BPO experience, as well as individuals interested in acquiring BPO skills to improve their employability in Boldr openings.
In this role, you will act as both facilitator and coach-guiding discussions, reinforcing key concepts, and ensuring learners build the skills and competencies required for success. You will also conduct post-training assessments and evaluate learning effectiveness to continuously improve training outcomes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Collaborate with Boldr’s Learning and Development and Impact team to deliver training sessions based on established curricula for both internal employees and client-facing audiences.Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and learning activities for Boldr team members as well as external clients and Impact Sourcing partners.Implement, sustain, and ensure the quality and consistency of training programs that have been developed and approved.Support client-specific training initiatives by delivering content aligned with agreed learning objectives and operational requirements.Conduct assessments and analyze learner performance to identify knowledge gaps and recommend appropriate support interventions.Provide coaching and guidance to learners who require additional reinforcement to achieve expected competency levels.Conduct post-training evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure training effectiveness across internal and external audiences.Monitor training engagement, learner performance, and overall program effectiveness.Assist in collecting, tracking, and analyzing training performance data to support reporting and continuous improvement efforts.Support with vetting potential candidates for BPO Academy training cohorts in TaclobanRequirements
