The Role : About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead the SEO and digital growth strategy for multiple News and Media websites . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in On-Page and Off-Page SEO , keyword ranking improvement, traffic growth, and social media management. You will play a key role in enhancing the organic visibility, brand presence, and audience engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

SEO & Website Optimization

Plan and implement effective On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies for multiple News and Media websites.
Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and traffic growth planning .
Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for improved search rankings.
Monitor and improve website Crawlability, Indexation, and Page Speed .
Ensure daily indexing of published news articles across all platforms.
Develop link-building and outreach strategies to improve domain authority.
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

Content & Brand Growth

Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly headlines, meta tags, and structured data.

Develop country-specific SEO and content strategies to enhance brand presence in target regions.

Suggest and implement trending topics and keyword-based content ideas to drive more traffic.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn .

Plan and post engaging content aligned with brand and editorial goals.

Track engagement, reach, and follower growth across all platforms.

Reporting & Analysis

Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports on traffic, ranking, and engagement.

Use insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable results.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

Increase in organic traffic and keyword rankings.

Daily indexing rate of published news articles.

Growth in brand visibility and country-specific reach.

Improvement in social media engagement and follower base.

Ideal Profile :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3–6 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing , preferably in News or Media domains.

Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, keyword research tools, and SEO best practices .

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog , etc.

Understanding of news article indexing, Google Discover , and Top Stories optimization .

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
