Job descriptionThis is a fully remote role (work from home!) supporting students across Australia. You'll assess coursework, deliver tutoring via Zoom or written feedback, and help learners thrive with compassion and clarity. Review and assess student submissions. Provide actionable, motivating feedback. Tutor learners through Zoom, phone, or messaging. Use tools like Cloud Assess , HubSpot , and Coursebox. Support learning through resource creation if needed. You’re warm, articulate, and tech-savvy. You love helping others succeed and communicate with clarity and empathy. At least 2 years of related experience, but you bring a genuine passion for education You’ve ideally delivered or supported online learning before. Bonus if you’ve worked in the Australian VET sector. Respectful, student-focused, and values-driven. You’ll love it here if you believe in integrity, kindness, and showing up for people. Tutor, assess, and uplift students. Build learning momentum through encouragement. Use digital tools to simplify and streamline support. Student satisfaction and engagement. Feedback quality and turnaround time. Contribution to team collaboration and support. Remote (WFH). AEST time zone : Day-shift, Monday to Friday.
