Position: Japanese Quality Assurance Specialist

Requirements:
Native Japanese or someone with Native level of proficiency
Good English communication skills
Open for undergraduate
Has experience as Quality Assurance or relevant experience as Customer Service Supervisor or Team Lead in a BPO set up
Responsibilities:
Monitor and participates in the customer and agent sessions to identify the customer needs
Prepare design chat and email formats to help agents
Gather data by performing calls, chat and email and provide feedback to Management
Assessing the quality of the performance of the agents who deals with customers
Prepare weekly and monthly internal and external quality reports for the management's review
Provide trainings to newly hired agents
