We are seeking Junior to Mid-level Customer Care Specialist engineers to join our customer care teams. You will be assisting our clients with technical issues, and troubleshooting, as well as providing excellent and friendly general support and advice for our online web applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly support to our customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents
- Logging Support calls, emails and live chat
- Escalating Serious issues
- Working to resolve on-going / recurring problems
Requirements
