Job qualifications :
Aged 25–30 years old, with a pleasing and professional personality
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar
role, preferably in a client retention or executive support environment
Experience in providing high-level support to C-suite executives, particularly in fast-
paced, confidential settings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel (advanced skills such as
VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledgeable in Power BI and capable of generating reports and dashboards for
executive review
Tech-savvy, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and office
technologies
Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple
tasks, priorities, and calendars efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and
professionalism in all correspondence
