Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant (Bookkeeping AP / AR) to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely accurate transaction recording. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliant financial records processing accounts payable and receivable and supporting month-end and year-end closings.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the PH BIR-compliant chart of accounts.

Record transactions such as AP / AR journals accruals prepayments payroll deposits and advances.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts.

Manage purchase orders employee reimbursements and allowances.

Handle AP processing including invoice entry monitoring and preparing aging reports.

Track AR (excluding in-house functions as advised by Digital Halo).

Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

Minimum of 4 years experience in bookkeeping and AP / AR functions.

Proficient in QuickBooks and other major accounting platforms.

Strong knowledge of BIR-compliant chart of accounts.

Proven experience managing month-end closing activities.
