Scrum Master for ERP Projects

Job Summary :

We are looking for a certified Scrum Master with experience leading ERP-related projects, particularly within Waterfall or hybrid delivery models. The ideal candidate has worked on enterprise implementations such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP platforms, and is skilled at facilitating cross-functional collaboration while ensuring delivery discipline.

This is a key role for someone who can apply Agile practices effectively—even in structured, milestone-driven environments—and support the overall success of ERP project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as Scrum Master for ERP project teams

Lead planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, adapting Agile ceremonies to a Waterfall or hybrid context

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies between business, technical, and ERP teams

Manage impediments and drive team accountability for delivery

Guide teams through structured ERP processes, while encouraging Agile values and incremental improvements

Track project metrics and provide status reports to stakeholders

Promote team collaboration and Agile mindset across departments

Ensure compliance with ERP project governance, change control, and documentation standards

Required Qualifications :

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)

At least 3 years of Scrum Master experience

Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

Prior experience in ERP projects, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 F&O, or comparable platforms

Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills

Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or MS Project

Preferred :

Experience with ERP modules in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing

Exposure to hybrid project management frameworks

Experience in ERP system upgrade or migration projects
