We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Liaison Officer to act as the main point of contact between our company and clients, partners, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, follow-ups, and compliance with organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary contact between the company and external parties.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and official communications.
Prepare and submit required documents to government agencies or partner organizations.
Monitor and follow up on requests, permits, and approvals.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
Support management in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year experience in liaison, administrative, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of government processes is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and basic office software.
