• Mondays to Fridays, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, Montreal, QC, Canada (Eastern time), with an hour unpaid break

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience : 3–6 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer / Developer. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL (performance tuning, stored procedures, query optimization). Hands-on experience with Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow) and / or Snowflake (warehouses, streams / tasks, Snowpipe). Cloud experience with at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with cross-cloud concepts. Experience designing and building ETL / ELT pipelines and managing structured / unstructured datasets. Good knowledge of data modeling, warehouse design, and performance optimization. Practical experience with Power BI or other BI tools. Nice-to-Have Skills : Front-end development (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end development (Node.js, Django, or similar). Shopify development experience (custom apps, theme modifications, API integrations). Odoo ERP experience (customization, integration, module development) or willingness to learn Odoo. Knowledge of DevOps practices : Git, CI / CD, Terraform, or similar. Familiarity with modern data architectures (Data Mesh, Lakehouse, Fabric). Exposure to big data tools : Kafka, Airflow, or dbt. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
