Estimator

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture. With or Without License.

• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft, Etc.
• Knows how to estimate.
• Amenable to doing Fieldwork for site inspection.
• Can start ASAP.

As an Estimator, you will be trained to do the following

1. Calculate areas in SQM and LM of project for quotation, review, and costing.

2. Prepare the bill of Quantities for the project.

3. Prepare the Quotation for the Client.

4. Perform on site for actual measurements if necessary.

5. Render drawings, perspectives, and interpretations via AutoCAD as required by the client.

6. Estimate labor, work duration, and work progress timelines.

7. Estimate special tools / equipment rentals and duration.

8. Prepare Key plan and Technical details.
