We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Bilingual IT Demand Specialist to support technology initiatives and bridge communication between Japanese stakeholders and local technical teams. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements, ensuring accurate alignment between project needs and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate must have strong IT fundamentals , excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements across different teams and timelines. A valid JLPT certification (N1–N3) is required to facilitate effective communication with Japanese clients and stakeholders.

This position follows a hybrid work setup in Manila , offering a dynamic environment where collaboration, problem-solving, and cultural alignment are key to success.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate and collaborate with Japanese stakeholders to understand project and business requirements.

Translate technical and functional specifications between Japanese and English.

Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure demand requests are prioritized and delivered.

Monitor project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and support documentation.

Provide linguistic and cultural support during meetings, discussions, and project activities.

Qualifications :

JLPT N1–N3 certification (required).

Experience in IT demand management, business analysis, or related roles.

Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Manila.
