Finance Director

Key Responsibilities :

Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and compliance

Manage company investments, capital structure, and financial forecasting

Oversee accounting, budgeting, and audit functions

Develop financial policies and ensure compliance with government regulations

Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO / Board based on financial analysis

Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and risk management

Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives

Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals

Coordinate with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications :

10+ years of solid finance experience

CPA and / or MBA preferred

Strong background in retail industry is a must
