About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Media Buyer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of media planning, negotiation, and campaign optimization across digital and traditional channels. You will play a key role in ensuring our advertising campaigns reach the right audience at the right time — and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, negotiate, and purchase media space across digital, social, print, TV, radio, or OOH channels.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop effective media strategies that align with campaign objectives.
Conduct market and audience research to identify optimal media opportunities and placements.
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.).
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
Maintain relationships with media vendors, platforms, and partners to secure competitive rates and added value.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new buying technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Media Buyer, Media Planner, or similar role (agency or in-house).
Hands-on experience with media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Programmatic DSPs, or other ad networks.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset and a passion for optimizing results.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with both digital and traditional media buying.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar analytics platforms.
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or programmatic advertising (a plus).
