JOB REQUIREMENTS :

✨ Bachelor’s degree holder

✨ With at least 3-5 years’ experience from ships agency or relevant shipping experience

✨ Amenable to attend interviews

✨ Amenable to work onsite

✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨ Assist the Hub Agency Manager in implementing Hub Agreements and ensuring timely appointment handling and smooth port call execution.

✨Coordinate closely with Operations teams and agents to meet customer expectations and manage DA requirements effectively.

✨Support the coaching, training, and performance development of Hub and Ships Agency Customer Service staff.

✨Provide ships agency support to customers, the Hub team, and Sales, including the resolution of operational issues.

✨Leverage customer insights to promote agency services and contribute to Hub Agreement pricing in collaboration with Sales.

✨Maintain accurate agency agreement information in internal IT systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

✨Work closely with Sales and Key Account Managers to fulfill contractual commitments and support sales targets.

✨Handle investigations, disputes, complaints, and manage KPI reporting as required..
