Sr Software Engineer (Ivanti UWM Engineer) - I & II

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for Ivanti UWM solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user workspace management, including profile management, application control, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure and efficient UWM solutions.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Ivanti UWM software and related components.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on UWM functionalities and best practices.
• Participate in On-Call support rotations to ensure 24 / 7 availability for critical issues.
