AU Mortgage Loan Processor (Remote)

Background

About the Role

  • As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes, making sure every application is accurate, compliant, and completed on time. Think of yourself as the bridge between clients, brokers, and lenders.

    • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and prepare client documents with precision.
  • Redact sensitive information (TFNs).
  • Manage data in MyCRM and Apply Online systems.
  • Handle valuations, pricing, and credit file updates.
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone.

    About YOU

  • You thrive on detail, enjoy problem-solving, and have a knack for spotting errors before anyone else. You’re also customer-focused—you know finance can feel overwhelming, and you bring empathy to every client interaction.

  • 2+ years in mortgage processing, lending, or financial admin.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lender portals, and valuation tools.
  • Bonus : Quickli knowledge (nice to have, not a deal breaker).

  • Monday to Friday, Day-shift - AEST.
