WE’RE HIRING : GUIDANCE COUNSELOR – COLLEGE

Brgy. Kamuning, Quezon City | Onsite | Tues-Sat(11am-8pm)

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive guidance program aligned with school objectives
  • Deliver guidance services such as counseling, testing, inventory, information dissemination, placement, evaluation, research, and group guidance
  • Design intervention programs for students referred to the Guidance Center
  • Prepare yearly guidance modules that address the evolving needs of the student body
  • Conduct aptitude assessments, interviews, and psychological tests when needed
  • Identify and address issues affecting student academic performance
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents on student-related concerns
  • Organize seminars and sessions on school-related issues and career planning
  • Maintain updated and accurate student records in the database
  • Assist Admissions in entrance exams and group testing
  • Refer students with potential mental health concerns to partner psychological clinics

Qualifications : Must-Haves :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with Master’s Degree in Guidance Counseling
  • Must have 3–5 years of experience in guidance and counseling services (testing, placement, counseling, research) at the tertiary level
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Working knowledge of database management, research, and student interventions
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to work with diverse student backgrounds and personalities
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Independent, proactive, and passionate about student development
  • Willing to work on Saturdays

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) license
  • Familiarity with various guidance models and teaching approaches
  • Ability to adapt to new technological tools and innovations
