Floor Plans Analyst II

Key Responsibilities

• Independently create, manage, and finalize floor plans for small to mid-scale events.

• Optimize layouts for attendee experience, traffic flow, and exhibitor visibility.

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and venue teams to ensure requirements are captured and met.

• Provide input on design improvements, technical feasibility, and event space utilization.

• Conduct site checks or virtual walkthroughs to validate layouts.

• Train and mentor Level 1 designers on tools, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in event/exhibition floor planning or related design work.

• Strong CAD proficiency with ability to produce accurate and detailed layouts.

• Knowledge of venue specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
