The Senior Civil Engineer (Earthworks & Site Development) will lead and oversee advanced civil design works with a strong focus on earthworks, road and site grading modeling, roadway design, site drainage, and utility systems. The role requires at least 8 - 15 years of professional experience in civil and site development design, preferably with proven expertise in airport projects, large-scale land development, and infrastructure works . The successful candidate will serve as a key technical authority, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and standards-compliant design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and modeling of earthworks, roadway alignments, site grading, and cut-and-fill optimization using Civil 3D and related software.
• Develop and review comprehensive civil design plans covering roadways, pavements, stormwater management, site drainage, sewer, and water distribution systems.
• Integrate GIS data and spatial analysis into civil and site development designs.
• Conduct design reviews of geotechnical reports, topographic surveys, hydrology studies, and ensure recommendations are incorporated effectively.
• Prepare designs for airport-related infrastructure , including runways, taxiways, aprons, access roads, and drainage facilities.
• Manage and coordinate the development of grading and utility networks for large-scale land development projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards (AASHTO, ICAO for airports) in design and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and provide technical support during project execution.
• Mentor and guide design teams in best practices, workflows, and software applications.
