Loan Reviewer

This key position is responsible for the overall performance and improvement of the department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Verify loan application and requirements needed to process the loan.

Communicate with loan applicants to acknowledge their application and, if necessary, to obtain information for loan applications and to answer related inquiries and / or clarifications about the loan process.

Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements (i.e.

tax return net income, profitability and loss, bank statements, credit report) and assess within specified limits with due diligence.

Keep up to date with the clients lending protocols.

Reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies and variances.

QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields.

Solid understanding of direct / indirect lending products, services and procedures.

1 year of work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role.

Exposure to different client interactions such as client visits, client calls and meetings.
