You will be responsible for daily billing, payment recording, and supporting overall financial operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare and send invoices to customers based on sales and delivery records
Record customer payments (cash, check, transfer, etc.)
Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections
Process and record supplier invoices and expenses
Assist in reconciling daily sales, cash, and bank transactions
Maintain accurate and organized financial and billing records
Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate billing
Help with basic month-end reports or summaries
Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as needed
