Job description

As a key part of our customer support operations, you'll assist with inquiries related to orders, accounts, and general services for a well-known online platform. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth and timely responses to customer concerns through written channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email with clarity and professionalism
  • Assist with order tracking, product questions, account issues, and basic troubleshooting
  • Handle multiple chats / emails simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Document interactions and follow internal processes accurately

Qualifications :

  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Good reading comprehension and grammar
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 40 WPM preferred)
  • Prior experience in back office, email, or chat support is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Open to flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
