Job Description:
Supervise effective working of production process, prepare effective production schedules, implement and prioritize all production plans and recommend strategies to improve processes and operation.
Career Level:
With at least five (5) years relevant or 2 years Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing industry.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related fields.
- Professional license obtained from related fields of expertise is an advantage.
- With excellent ability to lead, coach, and develop group of personnel assigned in routine to complex operational processes.
- With advanced knowledge in quality and food safety.
- Embodies positive working attitude, systematic approach, analytical and conceptual ability, mental alertness, focus, and excellent communication skills.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Information:
Capable of working in a flexible schedule and working environments. Successful applicants will be assigned in Malvar, Batangas Plant.
