Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Social Media
Develop engaging short-form video content (reels) for various social media platforms.
Design and implement targeted social ad campaigns to attract and convert ideal audiences.
Manage social media pages, ensuring a cohesive and appealing aesthetic and voice.
Create video content for newsletters and other marketing channels.
Collaborate on social media growth strategies to increase reach and brand visibility.
Tools : Instagram, Facebook Ads, Canva (or similar), Meta Ads Manager, Email Marketing Platforms.
Website Development and Management
Coordinate the design and development of websites for different business ventures, including real estate, vacation rentals, and coaching services.
Ensure websites are optimized for lead generation, SEO, and user experience.
Manage integrations such as online scheduling, payment processing, and automation tools.
Tools : Website Builders (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix), SEO tools, Online Scheduling Tools (e.g., Calendly, Acuity).
Marketing and Branding
Develop branding strategies for new and existing business lines.
Build and manage digital advertising campaigns tailored to each target audience.
Create and manage newsletters, email automation, and customer education funnels.
Oversee the creation of educational and promotional materials.
Collaborate on workshop and course design, including online education platforms and automation workflows.
Tools : Email Automation Platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Convert Kit), CRM / Marketing Automation (e.g., HubSpot, Active Campaign), Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Project Scope Examples
Support marketing for vacation rental properties through strategic advertising, website creation, and content management.
Manage social and web presence for a real estate business, including content creation and agent promotion.

Qualifications
