Customer Service Representative

Industry : Business Process Outsourcing

Company Profile : A global professional services firm offering strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations solutions.

Location : Mandaluyong (On-site)

Work Schedule : Night Shift

Salary Range : Php 20,000–35,000

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year completed in college with 1.5 years BPO experience
  • OR College graduate (no experience required)
  • Willing to work night shift
  • Amenable to work in Manila, Mandaluyong, or Taguig
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be willing to work fully on-site

Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Resolve client concerns and provide accurate information
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
  • Document customer interactions in the system
  • Meet performance metrics and quality standards
