Salary : 130,000

Set up : Hybrid (50% capacity on a monthly basis)

QUALIFICATIONS : Requirements :
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing people from an offshoring, shared services, or related industry
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Very strong command of the English language
- Experienced leader of large teams across multiple locations focused on delivering services to internal and external customers.
- Experience in establishing a role as trusted business advisor with key stakeholders.
- Comfortable with change and changing technology and able to lead people through rapid and dynamic change in how, where and when we deliver our services.
- Innovative and able to continually challenge the status quo.
- Articulate and able to communicate to a variety of stakeholders - delivering some challenging operational and people related messages.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to influence people within the business to comply with firmwide requirements.
- Demonstrates a good understanding of different areas of business within the firm and the external environment within which we operate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
