Senior E-Commerce Executive

SENIOR E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

• Process orders accurately and timely across Amazon, Shopify, BestBuy, Walmart, and eBay.
• Handle lost / damaged claims, FBA / FBM accuracy, frame replacements, affiliate requests, and internal purchases.
• Oversee listings, pricing, account health, and monitor high-risk orders.
• Manage chargebacks, dispute, and resolve customer / order issues.
• Maintain sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify process inefficiencies, maintain SOPs, and organize resources.
• Track competitor pricing, strategies, and promotions for adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
