As part of the Software Engineering team you will engage in the exciting world of COBOL programming and contribute to modernizing legacy systems. As an Associate you will focus on learning and supporting project tasks while developing your skills in programming and system analysis. What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 1 to 3 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Documenting technical specifications and conversion processes

- Strong proficiency in COBOL programming and understanding of mainframe/midrange systems

- Hands-on experience converting COBOL code to modern languages including Java C# and Python

- Strong knowledge of legacy database and storage technologies including DB2 IMS and VSAM

- Experience with both mainframe (z/OS) and midrange (AS/400 iSeries) platforms

- Understanding of modern cloud-first technology stacks and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
