Industrial Engineer / Office Staff

Seeking an Industrial Engineer to analyze, design, and improve production systems and processes. Responsible for increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resource use.

Key Responsibilities :

Improve workflows and production processes

Conduct time and motion studies

Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methods

Analyze data to drive performance improvements

Collaborate with teams to solve operational issues

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization tools

Proficient in Excel, CAD, or simulation software
