Responsibilities :
Take full ownership of the visual design process, including style direction, interface layout, iconography, and interactive animations for web and mobile e-commerce platforms.
Develop and refine the overall visual identity and design system to ensure a consistent and appealing user experience across all product touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with product managers and marketing teams to understand business goals and local user preferences, providing creative design solutions that align with brand and market trends.
Work effectively with front-end developers to deliver pixel-perfect designs, monitor implementation quality, and ensure accurate visual presentation.
Conduct design usability testing, analyze user behavior and feedback, and iterate continuously to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or above in Art, Design, Visual Communication, or related field; at least 3 years of UI / UX design experience in e-commerce or internet Industry
Strong design aesthetics and understanding of Philippine culture, user habits, and visual preferences.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and collaboration workflows; experience with After Effects, Lottie, or other motion design tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and responsive design for both desktop and mobile platforms.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to balance creativity, functionality, and business objectives.
(Bonus) Strong illustration or branding design skills, capable of adapting visual styles to suit different local campaigns or festive events.
