Release Manager – Salesforce & MuleSoft (Pooling)

The Opportunity.

Thakral One is expanding its delivery governance function with a critical Release Manager role. You will coordinate release cycles across Salesforce and MuleSoft teams, ensuring smooth, compliant, and on-time deployments in partnership with DevOps and client stakeholders.

The Role.

• Define and manage release calendars, scope, and readiness.
• Prepare release notes and ensure CAB / CCB approvals.
• Run release dry runs and coordinate Go / No-Go checkpoints.
• Oversee production deployments and transition to hypercare.
• Maintain release documentation and compliance with enterprise standards.
