Position Overview
The incumbent is expected to establish trust-based and effective working relationships with both internal and onshore stakeholders. The primary focus of this role includes overseeing key projects and programs managed by the COO office, acting as a facilitator and enabler to the COO and executive teams on various transversal initiatives. These may include coordination across finance, strategic projects, governance meetings, and communication management.
The role also involves assisting in dashboards, reporting requirements, and other ad-hoc initiatives, while closely supporting and deputizing for the Manila-based COO / Branch Manager on specific assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Management Support
- Provide administrative, financial, and operational support to the COO office.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of metrics and reporting requirements as needed.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of organizational initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.
- Develop and prepare meeting materials, presentations, and executive reports.
- Provide secretarial and logistical support for select meetings and forums.
- Create pitch decks, presentation packs, and supporting materials for strategic discussions.
Project Management & Strategic Initiatives
Track and monitor strategic and transversal projects for the organization’s shared services center.Conduct project initiation activities, including documentation and planning deliverables.Define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, and work plans to ensure timely delivery.Facilitate project workgroups, stakeholder meetings, and compile project progress reports with relevant KPIs and metrics.Organize committee meetings, manage scheduling, prepare presentation materials, and maintain accurate minutes.Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Education : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.Experience : Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, ideally in project management, operations, or business management support.Core Skills
