Work Schedule : Shifting Schedule

Salary : Php 90,000-Php 95,000

Work Set Up : On-site during probationary, Hybrid upon regularization

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write / type in Mandarin and English.

Having experience in a Technical Help Desk is a big advantage.

Having experience in Customer Services.

Knowledgeable in supporting the following hardware and software : PC, Macintosh, iPhone, Printers, MS-Outlook, Windows 7, 10 OS, MS-Office 2013 and 2016 (Office 365).

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION :

Mandarin Service Desk is responsible for providing phone support to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users.

Investigate and resolve user questions and technical issues.

Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel.

Prioritize and escalate issues following company procedures.
