Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Partner based in Cebu City, with flexibility for some remote work. The Agency Partner will be responsible for supporting agency operations, driving sales growth, and building and managing strong professional relationships with partners and clients. The role includes recruiting and developing financial advisors, mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales strategies, and client relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in recruiting, coaching, and managing performance within teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks effectively
• Leadership experience within the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of the life insurance industry and Philippine financial market is a plus
