Warehouse Assistant Manager (Food Manufacturing)

The Warehouse Assistant Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct all activities within the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Collaborate with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and service providers to maintain warehouse utilities, including cold and dry storage, materials handling equipment, and other essential systems.

• Monitor stock levels and aging inventory, identifying items that are about to expire or require timely disposition.

• Ensure consistent implementation of receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for raw and packaging materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with exposure to Operations Management.

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in operations, preferably in inventory management or warehousing.

• Strong leadership skills, high integrity, excellent interpersonal relationships, effective communication, sound decision-making, and high stress tolerance.

• Willingness to work in Danao City, Cebu.
