We're looking for a Sales Compensation Associate (Incentives & Commission) to support the accurate and timely processing of commission and incentive payouts for our sales partners. This entry-level position plays a key role in ensuring compensation processes run smoothly and align with business goals. You'll work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Accounts Receivable Management Group (ARMG) teams and gain valuable experience in data analysis, payroll support, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and monitoring structured compensation plans. Help update plans based on business needs or market changes.
Support the accurate computation and processing of commissions and incentives. Maintain proper documentation and assist in resolving issues.
Work with ARMG to track account status and validate collections to support proper commission alignment.
Respond to basic compensation-related inquiries. Assist in preparing training materials and resources to help sales partners understand their earnings.
Gather and organize sales and compensation data. Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for internal review.
Work alongside other team members to support department initiatives and projects. Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams.
