Qualifications :

Associate / College Graduate or completed at least 2 years of college in Information Technology or a related field
With 12 months of hard-core technical experience (BPO or non-BPO)

⚠ Telco BPO experience not accepted

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Typing speed : 35 WPM with 86% accuracy

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

CEFR B1 and WriteX B1 level required

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime
