- Cross boarder collaboration for talent planning and succession planning
- Collaborate with leadership to drive change management initiatives.
- Implement DE&I initiatives
- Develop and oversee succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of talent initiatives and adjust as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Org and Talent Development HR Business Partner should have :
- Strong background in consulting or org and talent development
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Ability to partner with leadership teams and influence decision-making.
- Proven expertise in creating and delivering training programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
