The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing client files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Assist Immigration Agents in drafting legal documents, preparing visa applications, and conducting research.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective case management and timely task completion.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering calls and emails, data entry, and maintaining calendars.

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal or in legal operations support.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures; familiarity with Australian immigration laws preferred.
  • Experience in XERO software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Migration Manager) and relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
