IT Infrastructure Manager (Hybrid Setup)

Job Title : IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager

Work Setup : Makati | Hybrid Setup ( 3x a week onsite)

Work Schedule : Mon-Fri (8 am-5 pm)

Required :

Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field

7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role.

Solid experience in Windows / Linux Server environments and Active Directory / Azure AD.

Working knowledge of Networking concepts (TCP / IP, VLANs, VPN, SD-WAN) and hardware (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto).

Experience with Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

Background in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Exposure in Storage Area Networks (SAN) and backup / recovery solutions.

Preferred :

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS / Azure Solutions Architect, CCNA, VCP).

Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Terraform).

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Excellent project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
