Job Description : Flash Express Philippines Co Ltd

Location : Taguig

  • Provide timely legal advice on business-related matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Manage and mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Support vendor, sales, and business integration matters for Flash Pay & F-Commerce.
  • Handle litigation cases (civil, commercial, labor, tax, and criminal).
  • Review marketing materials for legal compliance.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation and advise business units accordingly.
  • Promote best practices in compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
  • Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor, with a valid license to practice.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Lawyer.
  • Strong background in commercial, technology, licensing, and financial services law.
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Confident self-starter with sound business judgment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type : Full-time

Ability to commute / relocate : Taguig — Reliable commute or relocation preferred
