PRC License not a requirement but an advantage

Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing construction project preferably with background in High-end Residential Project

Strong leadership and motivational skills to ensure high performance accross the team

Good reporting skills is essential; oral and in writing

Highly knowledgeable to industry standards and methodology
