Job descriptionManage complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and follow-ups Maintain alignment across multiple business units and private equity portfolios Consolidate communication across several inboxes and teams into a single source of truth Conduct light research and prepare decision-ready briefs for meetings and reports Translate high-level objectives into structured plans and lightweight processes Track project status, deliverables, and next steps across business lines Create simple workflows and documentation to replace ad-hoc systems Coordinate between stakeholders, partners, and internal teams Write concise updates, summaries, and decision memos Anticipate needs, identify blockers early, and propose solutions Protect the founder’s time by filtering noise, prioritizing actions, and ensuring follow-through 4–7+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or Chief of Staff-adjacent roles Proven ability to take a 25–40 item brief and independently build steps toward completion Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize and prioritize quickly Comfortable with Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, or ClickUp , and basic spreadsheet functions Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure Experience in private equity, venture capital, or agency operations Familiarity with financial or administrative workflows (payments, invoices, vendor tracking) Process design, SOP documentation, or operational build-out experience Your updated resume highlighting executive or operational experience A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing how you’ve structured or scaled executive workflows Initial Application - Submit your application and complete our prequalifying questions Video Introduction - Record an video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience Role-Specific Assessment - Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable) Recruitment Interview - Initial screening with our talent team Executive Interview - Meet with senior leadership to discuss role alignment Client Interview - Final interview with the client team you'd be supporting Background & Reference Check - Professional reference verification Job Offer - Successful candidates receive a formal offer to join the team
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can operate as the founder’s right hand—handling coordination, information flow, and execution across multiple ventures and private equity projects. This is not a traditional admin role; it’s for someone who can take a complex brief, structure it, and run independently toward outcomes.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, think clearly under pressure, and naturally bring order to chaos, this role offers a path to grow into a Chief of Staff as the portfolio expands.
