About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on FP&A Analyst to build a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast for a staffing and professional services firm.

This role is execution-focused: building a clean structured and well-documented Excel model that will be maintained monthly by our bookkeeper and CFO.

Responsibilities

• Build a weekly 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
  
• Model AR collections using aging and assumptions
  
• Model payroll timing for:
  
  • W-2 employees
    
  • 1099 and Corp-to-Corp consultants
    
  • Paid-as-Paid contractor logic
    
• Incorporate AP recurring expenses and annual subscriptions
  
• Build base and downside scenarios
  
• Include minimum cash threshold alerts and credit availability
  
• Provide documentation and hand-off instructions
  

Requirements

• 4 years experience in:
  
  • FP&A
    
  • Financial modeling
    
  • Cash flow forecasting
    
• Advanced Excel skills
  
• Experience working with:
  
  • AR aging
    
  • Payroll-heavy businesses
    
• Strong documentation and communication skills
  
• Comfortable working with US-based stakeholders
