The CILS Chemist plans, organizes, and supervises all laboratory operations to provide analytical services to internal and external customers consistent with good laboratory practices and within accepted safety and environmental standards. Responsible for the conduct of activities such as internal audit, interlaboratory comparison activities, method validation studies, training programs, quality assurance programs, and other activities required by the standard. Also responsible for managing the team’s resources, budget, and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Chemistry-related courses with 60 university units in chemistry

Registered Chemist in the roster of the PRC (Philippine Professional Regulation Commission) with valid professional license

Post-graduate degree in Chemistry, preferred

Minimum Experience :

With work experience in chemistry, environmental or quality control laboratory Fresh graduates of B.S. Chemistry or related sciences courses with high aptitude for learning may also be considered
