AU Rostering Assistant - NDIS (Remote)
Background
- PeoplePartners is hiring on behalf of one of our amazing clients in the NDIS space. They provide supported accommodation and community-based services, and right now they need someone calm, focused, and ultra-reliable to join their rostering team.
About the Role
You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force making sure every shift is filled—even when things change at the last minute. From building weekly rosters to handling late-night cancellations, you’ll be the person who brings order when plans fall apart.Your Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain weekly and fortnightly rosters for multiple sites.Manage after-hours shift coverage—yes, even on weekends.Track and verify timesheets, ensuring accuracy for payroll.Maintain compliance records (NDIS checks, CPR, First Aid, etc.).Communicate clearly and fast when things go sideways.Requirements

You’ve worked with rostering tools like ShiftCare, Easy Employer or any equivalent tools.You’ve had hands-on experience with compliance tracking.You’ve managed timesheets, backfilled shifts, or kept chaos at bay.About the Culture YOU Thrive In
