Cost Engineer

The role :

This is a full-time on-site role as a Cost Engineer at JASA Property Holdings Inc. in Quezon City. The Cost Engineer will analyze project data to determine accurate costs, prepare budget estimates, and manage project costs within the budget. The Cost Engineer will also provide progress report updates to management and collaborate with other departments to assist in ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Engineering skills
• Analytical Skills
• Budgeting skills
• Experience in a construction or engineering industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Willing to travel outside Metro Manila
• At least 2 or 3 years of experience as Cost Engineer.
• Experienced in vertical and horizontal projects.
