Influencer & Social Media Support Assistant

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule :   Full-time (40 hours / week) : Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm | Vancouver PST

Job Overview :

You’ll be the backbone of a growing influencer and social media operation, supporting a marketing team that’s scaling its digital presence in the competitive fashion space. This role offers the perfect blend of structure and growth potential – you’ll start with clear SOPs and processes while contributing to a brand’s expansion in the influencer marketing world. You’ll work directly with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage relationships, and ensure smooth operations across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Support influencer program scaling and relationship management within the Grin platform
• Execute social media management tasks using the Sprout platform
• Follow established standard operating procedures for influencer and social media workflows
• Manage direct message communications and organic gifting processes
• Flag issues and provide administrative support for campaign execution
• Assist with influencer outreach and relationship coordination
• Support team members with specific influencer marketing tasks
• Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency across communications

Requirements

Strong experience in influencer management and social media administration (mandatory) Proven ability to follow detailed processes and standard operating procedures Excellent communication skills for managing direct messages and outreach Experience with influencer platforms (Grin experience preferred, but strong adaptability acceptable) Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout experience preferred, but similar platform experience acceptable) Bonus if you have fashion or lifestyle brand experience It helps if you’re familiar with organic gifting and influencer campaign processes
