Job Responsibilities :
Answering customer questions about accounts, transactions, and financial products.
Dealing with customer grievances, fixing problems, and offering answers or different choices.
Helping with the opening, verification, and updating of accounts.
Managing payments, withdrawals, and other transactions related to accounts.
Upholding a solid comprehension of financial products and services in order to aid customers proficiently.
Precisely recording customer dealings and transactions
Additional tasks might be allocated by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
Open for College Undergraduates.
At least 2 years of experience in BPO company handling international account.
With solid background in mutual funds, stocks and bonds (manual calculations and interpretation).
With experience in Insurance, Wealth Investment Management and Financials (BPO setting), is advantage.
Willing to work on a nightshift schedule.
Amenable to work on site (Taguig and / or Ortigas).
